• Hinge (Door)

  The pivoting hardware carrying the door's weight; ball-bearing hinges are specified for heavy or high-use doors.

• Backer Rod & Sealant

  A foam rod set in the perimeter gap before exterior sealant, sizing the joint so the sealant performs and lasts.

• Astragal
