Glossary › Time and Materials (T&M)
Core terms · definition
A billing arrangement where the customer pays the crew's actual hours at a stated hourly rate plus the materials and equipment used, invoiced as the work is completed rather than as a fixed price. iSpec bills its own crew's work this way, with nothing added on top of the hourly rate; subcontracted trades are billed cost-plus.
